Our Dispatch Fleets

Regional Fleet
Dispatched within a 800 mile radius of domiciled terminal
Expectation: Home 2 or more times weekly; up to 2700 miles per week

OTR Fleet
All 48 States
Expectation: 5 days out; up to 3000 miles or more per week

Pay Package Includes:
  • Starting base rate of .86 cents per mile
    • All mileage, for pay purposes, shall be governed by P.C. Miler, with the mileage being predicated on the shortest distance from origin to destination.
    • One-cent per mile will be added each annual anniversary date for the following two years
  • Weeky Bonus
    • A .04 cent bonus can be earned for ALL miles once 2,900 paid miles have been reached within the pay week.
  • Doubles Pay: 150% of base rate per mile
  • Fuel Surcharge
    • Fuel adjustments are paid on all miles, loaded and empty. The pay schedule is based on the average fuel price per gallon published by the Department of Energy by region. Surcharge paid to you is determined by the region you run. IE: East Coast, West Coast, and Midwest
  • Drop Pay / Stop Pay: $25.00 per stop.
    • Excludes origin and destination. Stop pay for stops to load or unload between pick-up and destination
  • Detention Pay: $30.00 per billed hour
    • Not to exceed $300.00 per day as per detention billed to customer
  • Safety Incentive Bonuses
    • Bi-annual Safety Bonus
  • An independent contractor will receive a one-cent per mile bonus on all paid miles as a safety incentive to be accrued in the escrow account to be applied to the purchase of the following year's prorated tag. Eligibility for the incentive is that no preventable accidents or incidents occur involving any equipment while under their control. Eligibility periods are bi-annual and begin on January 1 and July 1 of each year
  • Violation Fre D.O.T. Roadside Inspections: $30.00 each
  • Hours of Service Quarterly Incentive: $30.00

Equipment

  • NO age limit on trucks
  • Current DOT Annual Inspection required
  • Monthly maintenance reports required
Added Services we Provide 
  • Comdata fuel card provided to assist you on fuel purchases and emergency repairs
  • Permits provided at company expense
  • Base plate assistance
  • Fuel tax administration
Elective Insurance Programs:
Bob-tail / Non-trucking Liability: $30.00 per month
Physical Damage: $3.65 per $1,000.00 of unit value
Down-time Coverage: $0.00 - Included when bob-tail and physical damage polices are elected.
Deductible Reimbursement: $8.00 per month
Rental Reimbursement: $10.00 per month
Leased/Finance Value: $5.00 per month
Occupational Accident: $135.00 per month
Passenger Insurance: $5.00 per week

  • Regional and OTR runs available
  • All dry van freight
  • Assigned dispatchers
  • 99% no touch freight
  • Weekly home time
More Info
  • Mileage based on zip to zip, PC Miler, shortest route
  • Weekly Settlements, each Friday
  • Paid for all completed loads from the previous Sunday through Saturday
